Kevin was raised in Yakima, WA. He attended Brigham Young University-Idaho where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and his associates in Physical Therapy Assisting. Kevin has always enjoyed exercising and it was while working on his Exercise Physiology degree he discovered his interest in understanding the mechanics of the body and Physical Therapy. He is excited to be at Rehab Authority and further that understanding. In his free time Kevin enjoys going on hikes with his wife, playing disc golf, taking his dog on runs, and creating his own board games.
Hanson, who describes himself as “center-left” on most issues, is also uninspired by Lipinski, who has held his seat since 2005. Hanson speculates that Lipinksi has mainly held on so long because his father held the seat before him. (Lipinski is best known as being a conservative, anti-abortion Democrat and narrowly won his own primary over Marie Newman, a businesswoman.)
This equipment effectively stabilizes the torso to achieve muscle isolation. The computerized equipment provides a comparison of the patient's strength and range of motion (ROM) to age and gender matched norms. A typical MedX program is 2 times a week for 4 weeks. It consists of an initial test, 3 1/2 weeks of training, and then a progress test which is compared to the initial test. Upon completion of the MedX program, all patients are instructed on exercise programs to keep their back and/or neck strong. Patients are also offered a reduced price membership to Carroll Fitness World and a space (if wanted) on our "MedX Wall of Fame."
Jones often prided himself on being a generalist, something which he describes as a move away from the stubbornness and short-sightedness of 'specialists'. He attributed this in part to his upbringing in a family of physicians, as he found their attitudes toward medicine revolved around what they were taught and nothing else. One of his favorite quotes was Robert A. Heinlein's "specialization is for insects." He often cited that his observations gained from flying allowed him to understand the requirements for developing exercise machines. He believed in the competent man, that "a man should be able to put food on the table, build a house, tan a hide and deliver a baby."[This quote needs a citation]
Arthur Jones, a former leader of the American Nazi Party, ran uncontested to be the Republican candidate in the Chicago-area district. His campaign website includes a section titled "Holocaust?" Jones has been involved with anti-Semitic and racist groups since the 1970s, according to the Anti-Defamation League, though he told CNN's Alisyn Camerota earlier this year that he is no longer formally involved with the Nazi party.
Knowing that our staff like using their smartphones to communicate for work, I knew that I had to make sure that they were following HIPAA guidelines when doing so. We searched for apps that were providing this service and decided on MEDX to be our app to fulfill this need.  MEDX was chosen by our staff because of how easy it is to use and the features it contains. The staff was comfortable with the app because it was designed by professionals like themselves. As an administrator of the clinic, I felt comfortable with the admin portal and its permission controls. Further, being a multi unit practices with locations across Washington state, It has the ability to bridge our clinics together and communicate securely via the personal smartphone. This was an essential feature for our clinic. Overall, very impressive application, shores up a need, keeps our employees happy, and assures we are HIPAA-Compliant. Highly recommend MEDX as a mobile communication solution for healthcare.

As a surgeon, I need streamlined communication to speed up my day. MEDX allows me to get information that I need about my patients right in the palm of my hand. I don't need to worry about HIPAA violations at all. It's as easy to use as Facebook or Whatsapp, only fully encrypted, secure and faster. It makes me feel safe when I need to send information about patients peer-to-peer. Highly recommend MEDX as a HIPAA-Compliant solution.

With more than 40 published articles in peer-reviewed journals, the proof lies in both this research and the testimonials of thousands of people around the world who have found relief from their pain through MedX™ rehabilitation.
Hanson called the police as a precaution, though it turned out to be fairly uneventful: “He came into my backyard. I wasn’t allowing it. He called me a coward because I wouldn’t debate the Holocaust.” Hanson told Jones to leave, and added, referring to the American flag hat Jones was wearing that day, “I told him he didn’t deserve to wear a hat with the flag on it.” Upon departing, Jones left some literature with Hanson, which Hanson gently described as “kooky stuff” about how women shouldn’t play in the NFL.

Kim Rosendahl grew up in a small town in western Minnesota. After high school, he went on to study Fitness and Sports Science at Moorhead State University where he earned accredited certifications as an Athletic Trainer. While working with athletes to rebound from injuries, Kim developed a passion for treating a diverse population of Patients. That passion led him to build upon his Athletic Training background by becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist. In 2000, Kim obtained a Master of Physical Therapy degree at the College of St. Catherine in Minneapolis, MN. After working in the Twin Cities for 2 years, Kim and his wife, Sara, chose to relocate to Thief River Falls, MN to be closer to family. Ten years later as a practicing PT, Kim seized an opportunity to join the RehabAuthority Team to further his mission of providing the best physical therapy possible for people across Northwest Minnesota. Kim and Sara have 3 children; Hailey, Jack, and Caleb.
Jed was raised in Salt Lake City, UT. Growing up, he always showed strong interest in the medical profession. In junior high and high school, he volunteered at a number of hospitals in Salt Lake where he gained invaluable experience that later resulted in a job as a Certified Nursing Assistant. After time working in the nursing field, he went on to work as a Physical Therapy Tech where he discovered an even deeper passion for physical therapy. Jed attended Brigham Young University-Idaho for his undergraduate degree in Biology, and then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Missouri State University. He’s currently an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and loves helping his Patients return to pain-free living, and their normal routines and hobbies. When Jed is not in the clinic treating patients, he’s spending time with his family, and enjoys photography, boating, waterskiing, golfing, bowling, four-wheeling, and watching movies.

Aaron’s interest in sports/fitness has continued throughout the years, and has competed in 2 triathlons, 1 duathlon, and 2 half marathons. Hunting, fishing and the outdoors also continue to be a big part of his life.
This research is also being performed and continued at each of the Courage Kenny Spine Rehabilitation sites. It shows that specific spinal strengthening exercises, using the MedX lumbar and cervical machines, as well as Spine Rehabilitation's comprehensive core strengthening and exercise program, facilitate faster and more complete recovery for patients.

James grew up on the family farm in the quaint town of Inkster, North Dakota where he was a 3-sport athlete throughout his high school career; competing in football, baseball, and basketball. During life on the farm, his father taught him the disciplines of sowing and reaping that continue to serve him well today in all aspects of his life. James would eventually be inspired to pursue a career in medicine by his mother and sister who are both Physical Therapists, and who would show him the gratification of helping people recover from pain or injury. After graduation, James went on to play college baseball for the University of Mary, and, to begin his formal studies. He then attended the University of North Dakota (UND) where he received his bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy, with a Minor in Psychology. James went on to enroll in the university’s School of Medicine & Health Science where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After completing two, nine-week clinical sessions in the fun, family-like atmosphere at RehabAuthority, James knew the company was a perfect fit to launch his PT career. He now practices out of the Homedale Clinic, and is highly motivated to help his Patients get back to enjoying their daily lives free from physical limitations.

Following a full musculoskeletal assessment the physiotherapist will recommend an isometric spinal strength test, if appropriate. The spinal strength test involves being seated in the medical lumbar machine and having the lower half of your body immobilised by a pelvic and leg restraint mechanism. Restraining your lower body is one of the keys to the effectiveness of isolating the lumbar extensors so that they can be accurately strength tested and exercised.
Over the last 15 years, the Universities of Florida and San Diego, along with various orthopedic clinics around the world, have published some of the most compelling research to date. This research shows that specific spinal strengthening exercises using the MedX Lumbar and Cervical Extension Machines help people get better, even after multiple failed attempts at other forms of treatment. With more than 75 published articles in peer-reviewed journals, the proof lies in both the research and the testimonials of thousands of people around the world.

On social issues, he says “Pro-Life–Yes. Homosexual Agenda–No!” He is against giving any money to Planned Parenthood and says the “homosexual movement” is an assault on the teachings of Christianity. He wants to impose term limits for all federal judges, partly because he says “in 32 states, the people voted against same-sex marriage. But in each case, federal judges ignored the wishes of the people and struck down state laws banning same-sex marriages.”
Jones’s ideas aren’t resonating widely with suburban Chicago voters. He is expected to lose. In 2016, the district went to the Democratic incumbent Dan Lipinski, who won 100 percent of the vote because no Republican bothered to run against him. Jones only got on the ballot because, as the Atlantic detailed earlier this year, he went door to door gathering signatures (and not mentioning his views on race or Jewish people). By December, he was the only Republican to file to run.

Isometric testing may occur every 3 degrees within the patient’s range of motion. During the test, the software plots a strength curve that allows a comparison of the patient’s strength and range of motion to age and gender matched norms. It also has the ability to detect a lack of reasonable effort by the patient. Various reports can be generated for individual patients and selected patients groups or categories for outcome tracking purposes.

I came to PDR after learning I had, at 43, major degeneration in 3 areas of my back, 2 bulging discs, 1 torn and arthritis…at MY age? I thought…I don’t want to do surgery, wasn’t an option, cortisone was, but I didn’t want to go there either, so I turned to PDR, where I learned new techniques and core strengthening exercises that helped improve my pain and help me live my life to it’s fullest! Thank you everyone!!
I needed to tell just one sentence and diagnosis was established and then also confirmed by imaging techniques. Neither the orthopedic specialist nor the radiologist I had visited before, had identified the herniated disc. They told me to do some sports and that surgery would not help. Immediately after the surgery in the ATOS clinic, my symptoms disappeared and I was also pain free. Absolute number 1 address for spinal disc problems.
MedX applied the knowledge gained from its medical machines to the design of a full line of exercise-only machines. These machines incorporated MedX’s patented compound weight stack which produces less friction and enables several hundred levels of available resistance in increments of 2ft-lbs. This feature reduces user strain and, for the first time, made it possible for individuals to select the exact level of resistance required regardless of their strength.
Jones also promotes white nationalism. His website has a page called “Flags of Conflict,” where he calls the Confederate flag a “symbol of White pride and White resistance.” Next to a photo of the Mexican flag, the site says  “This is the flag of Mexico. This is a nation whose leaders believe they can reconquer the American Southwest, by flooding our country with millions of illegal aliens. And, their plan is working.” Text next to an LGBT rainbow flag says, “This is a flag that represents an attack on traditional Christian morality and religious freedom.”

Photobiomodulation exposes the cells of the body to light, and particular wavelengths of light are able to produce photo-chemical reactions, stimulating the cells of the body into producing more energy. This increase in energy levels allows the cells to work more effectively in properly balancing the cellular components, so that the cells can function properly. The laser light functions as biochemical energy and improves the efficiency of the body’s healing capabilities. The result is that the body is able to heal itself in a shorter period of time.
Some of the unique healing effects of MedX PBM include: increased cell metabolism, improved localized blood circulation, development of collagen and muscle tissue, relief from acute and chronic pain, reduced localized inflammation and edema, stimulation of the immune system and stimulation of nerve function.
MEDX is different because it is designed by physicians, nurses and ancillary healthcare personnel. The purpose of MEDX is to securely exchange both user generated and non user generated protected health information (PHI) between all staff involved with handling PHI. This will not only improve clinical decision-making, but also enhance care workflows, ultimately resulting in cost savings and better patient outcomes. MEDX is a unique communication system because it can unite healthcare systems from within and also bridge outside systems together.
Cervical Extension (right): The MedX Cervical Extension Machine is an effective, proven solution for patients who suffer from neck pain and/or headaches. Because the cervical muscle must continually support the weight of the head, headache and neck pain are common clinical complaints. These ailments often originate as a result of muscular weakness or traumatic injury. The MedX Cervical Extension Machine is highly reliable and specific for the quantification of isometric cervical extension strength testing and dynamic variable resistance training.

Patients are able to test and train on this equipment with the joints isolated and surrounding musculature in biomechanically correct positions and at speeds that replicate function. This technologically advanced system also permits the earliest possible post-operative intervention to decrease joint effusion (increase fluid), increase range of motion, and develop strength.
Jones won the party's nomination in March when he ran unopposed for an open seat in Illinois' Third Congressional District. The Republican Party failed to put up a candidate to run against Jones, believing the heavily Democratic district to be unwinnable. Jones will be facing incumbent Representative Dan Lipinksi in the general election this fall.
MedX is a tool that isolates movement and provides a safe and effective environment in which to apply basic principles of progression and overload to combat and reverse the deconditioning effects of chronic low back pain. Providing a secure isolated environment reduces patients anxiety and apprehension during the movement and musculature re-activation phase of a rehabilitation program. This type of environment helps the patient develop and re-establish confidence in using their low back musculature. The human body adapts to disuse. If an area of the body is painful the neuromuscular system will learn new patterns of contraction to produce movement, thus alienating the injured muscle. This injured muscle then further atrophies and weakens, predisposing an individual to greater risk and severity or re-injury. Effective rehabilitation must prevent alienation, or re-educate the neuromuscular system properly.
