Jones’s ideas aren’t resonating widely with suburban Chicago voters. He is expected to lose. In 2016, the district went to the Democratic incumbent Dan Lipinski, who won 100 percent of the vote because no Republican bothered to run against him. Jones only got on the ballot because, as the Atlantic detailed earlier this year, he went door to door gathering signatures (and not mentioning his views on race or Jewish people). By December, he was the only Republican to file to run.

Claims are electronically billed to the insurance carriers and each claim is “scrubbed” for common denial errors before transmission. Our service includes carrier reimbursement research on any new codes you want to examine.  We can provide you reports of reimbursement by procedure code and insurance carrier to pinpoint profitable or unprofitable procedures.  “Ad hoc” query reports are available to report on virtually anything in your patient database from physician productivity to patient mailing labels.

Jonathan Greenblatt, the chief executive of the Anti-Defamation League, said Mr. Jones was just one of several extremists running for public office this year. He pointed to Paul Nehlen, whose primary bid against the House speaker, Paul D. Ryan, was denounced by the Wisconsin Republican Party last month, and Joe Arpaio, the immigration hard-liner pardoned by President Trump, who said in January that he was running for United States Senate in Arizona.
As an exercised based rehabilitation specialist, Paul employs manual techniques such as myofascial release and soft tissue and joint mobilizations to help restore normal rhythm and balance to affected joints and promote improved mobility. The evidence based approach at Modern Rehab allows Paul and others to move forward with confidence that the treatment administered is the standard of practice, not only here in Idaho, but across the country.

I had a major knee surgery in February which required extensive physical therapy for recovery. I chose to work with Patrick and the team at MedX for my physical therapy. I was extremely nervous on my first visit and likely not the easiest patient to work with. Patrick was extremely patient with me, but also firm in his expectations of what I needed to do to aid in my own recovery. That combination helped me tremendously and with each visit there was marked improvement. Kara was also fantastic to work with. She was encouraging and firm when she needed to be. Due to the level of care I received, I didn't just make a full recovery, but found myself in better shape than I was before surgery. Due to the education provided by Patrick and the team, I continued coming to MedX as a member and still do to this day. I have lost 31 pounds and am in the best shape of my life. I am looking forward to taking on even more challenges in the future. I am where I am today thanks to Patrick and the team at MedX!
This is Emily Deal, office manager of Mobile Medical Solutions/Family Wellness Associates, office of Susan Thompson APRN-CNP and Dr. Richard Zielinski. Just wanted to let you all in on a new program that we have been using to safely exchange patient data called MEDX. It is encrypted and HIPAA-Compliant, super fast and easy to use. You can send pics, docs, videos, messages, group messages, etc. For those businesses that use PACS, they have a great program on there for you, which would mean no more mailing CDs of X-rays to those whom use MEDX. We have been working with Michael Parikh who has been great, and has shown us how easy and accessible it is to use from our iPhones.

Jones also promotes white nationalism. His website has a page called “Flags of Conflict,” where he calls the Confederate flag a “symbol of White pride and White resistance.” Next to a photo of the Mexican flag, the site says  “This is the flag of Mexico. This is a nation whose leaders believe they can reconquer the American Southwest, by flooding our country with millions of illegal aliens. And, their plan is working.” Text next to an LGBT rainbow flag says, “This is a flag that represents an attack on traditional Christian morality and religious freedom.”

The MedX Lumbar Extension Machine has been extensively researched and studied at the University of Florida. Tests show remarkable increases in lasting strength with the use of this equipment. In fact, recently published scientific research dramatically validates the efficacy of MedX rehabilitation of chronic low back pain. A study published in the January 1999 edition of the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation showed that 35 or 38 patients recommended for spinal surgery were able to forego the surgery following 21 MedX sessions over a 10 to 12-week span. Although the study does not prove that increased strength prevents surgery, it does suggest that certain people can avoid surgery with proper spinal exercise therapy.
Rehabilitation providers worldwide have experienced outstanding outcomes using the MedX Lumbar and Cervical Extension Machines. This is attributed to medical evidence that shows that the majority of patients with chronic spinal pain are significantly “deconditioned”. Weakness of the musculature of the spine can lead to many conditions such as herniated discs, facet syndrome, and degenerative joint disease. A strong spine provides a strong foundation that allows for healthy spaces between the vertebrae, which helps prevent spinal compression.”
Dwayne Wimmer founded Vertex Fitness Personal Training Studio in 2001, excited to bring a new concept about personal training to the people of Philadelphia’s Main Line in Pennsylvania. Driven by knowledge and results both, while a strength coach at Villanova University, he worked closely with world class athletes such as Brian Westbrook, formerly of the Philadelphia Eagles, on strength training and conditioning for optimal performance. Dwayne’s client base extends much further than world class athletes. Along with athletes, he works with adolescents to seniors, and he’s a highly acclaimed and sought out personal trainer who has received numerous awards, such as Best of the Main Line Personal Training Studio and Best Main Line Personal Trainer. Through efforts and a driving passion to bring the “professional” to the fitness industry, Dwayne co-founded the Fitness Leaders Alliance in 2013, which is an organization dedicated to the training of more highly qualified personal trainers. Its focus is on ethical business practices, scientifically proven methods, and the realization that continuous learning is important in the fitness industry. A graduate of Missouri Western State University, Dwayne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, with an emphasis in Coaching. Aside from personal training, he’s spent time as a physical education teacher, strength and conditioning coach, and a football coach, but has found his passion and home in the fitness industry, inspiring and reaching out to others. As a strong believer in continuing to learn, Dwayne has also taken classes at East Stroudsburg University toward a Masters Degree in Sports Management. Since June of 2013, Dwayne has co-hosted the podcast, “The Fitness Professional Show.” This provides a wonderful platform to help with his goals of creating a more professional fitness industry. And now, he can add author to his list of accomplishments, having created a chapter in the upcoming book The Soul of Success with Jack Canfield, renowned for the Chicken Soup series. To get to the point where he is now, Dwayne has always been thankful for the support of his father, a man who always believed in his mission and saw the need for what it was that Dwayne envisioned. During his free time, Dwayne is an avid motorcyclist who enjoys viewing the amazing landscapes and finding good restaurants to enjoy that are off the beaten path. He also takes advantage of opportunities to travel and experience many other cities while attending fitness seminars and giving presentations about the industry he is so passionate about. As a way to give back to the community that has been a part of his entire life, Dwayne has created Vertex Fitness PUMPED (People United Making Progress through Education and Donations), which provides support to area non-profits through a community-wide outreach effort. At this time, they help three non-profits per year in the Philadelphia area. For more information from Dwayne, you may contact him at (610) 525-6604, dwayne@vertexfit.com, or visit www.FitnessLeadersAlliance.com.

“I’m not kidding when I say the choices here are just poor choices,” Hanson said. “Literally having a Nazi whose name is on the ballot on one side and an ineffective guy on the other. I don’t want to use Art Jones’ name any more than I have to. I just want to let people know you have a bad choice here. I want to transition this to a race about issues and focusing on what the district needs.” The district, he pointed out, has a sizeable black and Latinx population, as well as at least one Holocaust survivor, Stella Dorna, who was understandably unhappy to learn about Jones’ campaign. “We owe better to these people,” he said.

"Within my life, I've accomplished 50 things; any one of which others would give anything to have done once. I've been the length of the Congo, Nile and Amazon. I've captured adult crocodiles and African elephants. I've invented a camera mount so steady you can use it from a helicopter flying in a whirlwind, and the picture will be in focus. I've run a jeep into a tree at 60 miles per hour. I've been bitten by poisonous snakes 24 times, and hundreds of times by non-poisonous snakes. I've survived a couple of plane crashes, that weren't my fault, was chewed up by a lion and a myriad of other cats, was shot six times, axed once and stabbed on occasion. I've killed at least 600 elephants and 73 men and I'm more sorry for the elephants!"
A study by Dr. Brian Nelson from Minneapolis, MN, reflects how these results can be achieved. 935 patients were involved in the study. A majority of these patients suffered from chronic back pain (pain over a period of more than six months) and were previously unsuccessful with traditional therapy. After 18 sessions the success rate of MedX therapy strengthened 85% of patients’ previously weak lumbar muscles, with average strength gains of 63.91%.
With most other equipment is it just not possible to move as smoothly because of all the friction. The result is a workout that is not as safe or as productive. The higher intensity allows us to get the job done more effectively and efficiently. There is no need to spend time dissipating energy on warm up sets. The equipment allows to safely and controlled momentum that increases intensity that produces the results.

MedX allows you to set weight increments by 2 pounds, instead of five to ten pound increments. The method of strength training that we use at Vertex Fitness requires that you fatigue the muscle within 50-70 seconds, and not over a long period of time. If you increase the weight by too much, the muscle may fatigue too fast. If you cannot increase the weight because you must wait for a ten pound increment, the workout will not be as effective.

James grew up on the family farm in the quaint town of Inkster, North Dakota where he was a 3-sport athlete throughout his high school career; competing in football, baseball, and basketball. During life on the farm, his father taught him the disciplines of sowing and reaping that continue to serve him well today in all aspects of his life. James would eventually be inspired to pursue a career in medicine by his mother and sister who are both Physical Therapists, and who would show him the gratification of helping people recover from pain or injury. After graduation, James went on to play college baseball for the University of Mary, and, to begin his formal studies. He then attended the University of North Dakota (UND) where he received his bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy, with a Minor in Psychology. James went on to enroll in the university’s School of Medicine & Health Science where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After completing two, nine-week clinical sessions in the fun, family-like atmosphere at RehabAuthority, James knew the company was a perfect fit to launch his PT career. He now practices out of the Homedale Clinic, and is highly motivated to help his Patients get back to enjoying their daily lives free from physical limitations.
