Our purpose is to help students explore the medical field through various volunteer and educational opportunities. Through weekly “Bikur Cholim” (patient visits) at the University Hospital and different seminars, panels, and study hours students are able to define their future in medicine while establishing a connection to Judaism and our Ann Arbor community.
Strong abs are vital to spinal support. The patented bio-mechanical design of the Core Ab Isolator provides the highest degree of isolation for abdominal muscles available. Unlike other ab machines, the Core Ab Isolator neutralizes hip flexor muscles and restricts arching in the base of the spine. This provides core abdominal muscle isolation, while eliminating the hazard of lower back discomfort. The result is a superior abdominal burn.
The patient-adaptable equipment features seat positioning, range of motion, counterweights, and restraint systems that all adapt to the unique physical requirements of each patient. The equipment provides resistance for rehabilitation exercises in small weight increments allowing individualized levels of resistance for any rehabilitative regimen. The computerized diagnosis provides updated results of training, strength evaluation, and rehabilitation of musculature. Counterweighting the patient’s body enhances testing accuracy by removing the weight of the torso, head, and arms. IMPACT personnel are fully trained to operate and handle all aspects of MEDX testing and rehabilitation.
Ryan enjoys the interpersonal aspect of therapy and shows a genuine compassion for those he is treating. He believes therapy is not only treating the physical body but treating in a holistic manner (body, mind, spirit). When Ryan is not at the clinic he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog. His faith is his rock and the reason behind everything he does. He has a large passion for all sports and outdoor activities from hunting to a weekend at the lake. He is excited to be back in his hometown and give back to the community he cares so passionately about!
Patients are able to test and train on this equipment with the joints isolated and surrounding musculature in biomechanically correct positions and at speeds that replicate function. This technologically advanced system also permits the earliest possible post-operative intervention to decrease joint effusion (increase fluid), increase range of motion, and develop strength.

Arthur Jones, a former leader of the American Nazi Party, ran uncontested to be the Republican candidate in the Chicago-area district. His campaign website includes a section titled "Holocaust?" Jones has been involved with anti-Semitic and racist groups since the 1970s, according to the Anti-Defamation League, though he told CNN's Alisyn Camerota earlier this year that he is no longer formally involved with the Nazi party.
Our approach is very powerful and we have thousands of patients living their lives pain free to prove it. Many of our successful patients had tried physical therapy, chiropractic, epidurals and other pain management techniques in the past and did not achieve the results they had hoped for. After receiving care from The Center For Total Back Care they are pain free and back to the activities they love but were unable to perform in the past.
In 2017, Jones declared his intent to run for the Republican nomination for Congress from Illinois's 3rd congressional district in 2018; he was the only declared candidate of that party. His candidacy was repudiated by the Illinois Republican Party and the Republican National Committee. RNC spokesperson Michael Ahrens stated, "We condemn this candidate and his hateful rhetoric in the strongest possible terms". Jones won the primary unopposed on March 20, 2018 and moved on to face Democratic incumbent Dan Lipinski in the general election. Following his primary victory, Republican party officials encouraged members not to vote for Jones.
