This isn’t the first time an embarrassing candidate has sneaked onto a ballot. We remember the Republican loser in the Democratic-heavy 9th Congressional District who warned that frigid temperatures and tornadoes reflected God’s disdain for liberal Illinois politics. We’ve got other such crazy stories. There also have been smart, responsible Republicans who have run in Democratic districts and got creamed. Hoo boy, we have more respect for them than ever.

The Jewish lobby has Donald Trump locked up. I don’t think the man realizes how naive he appears to the rest of the world. He’s nothing but a puppet in their hands. And we were foolish enough to send this naive, Jew-loving fool into the White House. I’m embarrassed that I voted for him. I’m sorry I voted for him. If I could take the vote back, I would in a minute.

"Within my life, I've accomplished 50 things; any one of which others would give anything to have done once. I've been the length of the Congo, Nile and Amazon. I've captured adult crocodiles and African elephants. I've invented a camera mount so steady you can use it from a helicopter flying in a whirlwind, and the picture will be in focus. I've run a jeep into a tree at 60 miles per hour. I've been bitten by poisonous snakes 24 times, and hundreds of times by non-poisonous snakes. I've survived a couple of plane crashes, that weren't my fault, was chewed up by a lion and a myriad of other cats, was shot six times, axed once and stabbed on occasion. I've killed at least 600 elephants and 73 men and I'm more sorry for the elephants!"
Jones received criticism when an article came out in the Oak Lawn Patch on February 29, 2012, in which he commented that "the Holocaust is nothing more than an international extortion racket by the Jews. It's the blackest lie in history."[4][5] According to the same article, Jones participated in the Nazis' 1978 march in Chicago and "neither denies nor repudiates" having had been affiliated with the neo-Nazi Party, although he said he votes Republican "90 percent of the time."[4]
Kris was born and raised in Moorhead, Minnesota, in the heart of the Red River Valley. He attended school in Moorhead throughout his childhood and graduated from Moorhead High School in 2004. Kris participated in football, baseball, as well as track and field at Moorhead and is a proud “Spud” at heart. He did not venture too far for his undergraduate education when enrolling at Concordia College in Moorhead. He majored in biology and minored in psychology. This is Emily Deal, office manager of Mobile Medical Solutions/Family Wellness Associates, office of Susan Thompson APRN-CNP and Dr. Richard Zielinski. Just wanted to let you all in on a new program that we have been using to safely exchange patient data called MEDX. It is encrypted and HIPAA-Compliant, super fast and easy to use. You can send pics, docs, videos, messages, group messages, etc. For those businesses that use PACS, they have a great program on there for you, which would mean no more mailing CDs of X-rays to those whom use MEDX. We have been working with Michael Parikh who has been great, and has shown us how easy and accessible it is to use from our iPhones.

After receiving care from The Center For Total Back Care they are pain free and back to the activities they love but were unable to perform in the past.

The low back muscles are usually under-developed after a back injury. Even people with no back pain can have a weak back, since those muscles aren't used during normal activity or exercise. The MedX isolates, evaluates, and strengthens the lumbar extensors like no other equipment or exercise can. Using MedX as little as once a week, many people double their lower back strength in just 10 weeks. With JMP and MedX you can say goodbye to back pain for good! Call us today for a free consultation to see if MedX is for you!
Ryan Buchholz is a full-time physical therapist who started at RehabAuthority in June. He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and received his degree from his hometown at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in April of 2016. He decided to pursue PT when he was injured his senior year of track and was brought through rehabilitation by his soccer coach.
Jones's ideas tried to move the public's notion of bodybuilding and strength-training exercise away from the Arnold Schwarzenegger school of training, which involved hours in the gym using free weights, to high intensity training. This involves short, single sets, with each set taken to the point of complete muscular failure with a frequency of once or at most twice a week with the intention to maximize muscular hypertrophy and strength increases. Famous individuals who trained under Jones's supervision include Casey Viator (who participated in the Colorado Experiment), Eddie Robinson (who worked with and participated in and trained under Jones's Nautilus leverage line, which is now Hammer Strength,[citation needed] and IFBB professional body builders [[Mike and Ray Mentzer ( both won the Mr. America IFBB and AAU respectively ),Sergio Oliva ( winner of every major bodybuilding contest and was also the only individual to win the Mr. Olympia over Arnold Schwartzenegger who placed 2cnd ) and Boyer Coe ( Mr. America, Mr.International,Mr.Universe etc.)
Dr. Ahlenius joined PDR in 2010 after working at Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in the areas of neck and back pain, spinal cord injury, and musculoskeletal injuries. He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine in 2002, and completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2006. Dr. Ahlenius is board certified in Physical Medicine & rehabilitation and has special interests in musculoskeletal spinal pathology, as well as spinal pain syndromes. Dr. Ahlenius is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Association of Academic Physiatrists. He is also fluent in Spanish.
BEWARE!  I paid my medical bill, then got billed again.  It took two of us to figure out the billing.  The Medx representative said let me review your bill, then said this is your bill.    I paid my bill in full.  Then I got another bill and called Medx, they transferred me to voice mail. I called the doctors office and they got through in minutes, called me back and told me Medx made a billing error.  First sign of a company doing bad business is when they don't use their company name when answering the phone.  Second sign of bad business is when the billing company does not have their name, address or phone number anywhere on the billing.  Makes me wonder how many people are getting wrongly billed again and paying the bill.  Also how many senior patients are getting wrongly billed and paying.

MedX is recognized as the Gold Standard for treating and reducing chronic back pain and dysfunction through specific spinal strengthening. Over the last 15 years, the Universities of Florida and San Diego, along with various orthopedic clinics around the world, have published some of the most compelling research to date. This research shows that specific spinal strengthening exercises using the MedX Lumbar and Cervical Extension Machines help people get better, even after multiple failed attempts at other forms of treatment. It has since helped tens of thousands of people around the world reduce or eliminate their back pain.
As a Catastrophic Nurse Case Manager, I rely on Comp-X as my transportation company of choice because of their customer service. I was in a position where I needed transportation to the hospital for my 11 year-old niece who was diagnosed with a terminal grade IV tumor and Ashley Pepka, V.P. of Business Development, was quick to say “okay we can do this for you.” Comp-X is a company you can trust with your family’s care.
MEDX is an advanced mobile communication system for healthcare. It follows the guidelines of HIPAA and the HITECH Act by using the latest standards in technical security, encryption and device safeguards. MEDX goes well beyond secure texting because of its rich features and integration capabilities with EMRs and PACS systems. It is also a carefully thought out bring your own device (BYOD) control your own data (CYOD) solution.

McSweeney is mad at Republicans in Illinois for failing to take Jones seriously at every turn: They said nothing as he gathered signatures to run, they didn’t challenge the signatures when he submitted them, and they didn’t try to run an alternative write-in candidate in the primary. Then, just two weeks ago, they missed an important filing deadline to get a third-party candidate on the ballot.
MedX applied the knowledge gained from its medical machines to the design of a full line of exercise-only machines. These machines incorporated MedX’s patented compound weight stack which produces less friction and enables several hundred levels of available resistance in increments of 2ft-lbs. This feature reduces user strain and, for the first time, made it possible for individuals to select the exact level of resistance required regardless of their strength.

Med-X Global provides international revenue cycle consulting, managed-care contract negotiations and third-party claims adjudication of emergency medical claims to highly accredited hospitals in the foreign marketplace. We also serve the ancillary emergency medical provider community to include air and ground ambulance entities as well as premier urgent care centers and physician administered emergency sites.

A strong spine provides a stable foundation Spinal Rehabilitation that permits the right amount of space between the vertebrae. Injury, degeneration, weakness and poor posture all contribute to back pain and neck problems. To provide lasting relief from chronic neck and back pain, the structures of the spine must be reconditioned; Med-X physical therapy in Lakewood accomplishes this goal with isolated strengthening exercises.
MedX is the only equipment company with a short one foot weight stroke. Most companies’ weight stroke is two or more feet. What that means is that the weight stack movement of only one foot on a full-range repetition is safer and smoother than the competition with a longer weight stroke. Another reason the shorter weight stroke is important is that if you have 120 pounds on the one foot weight stroke machine, then that means you are moving 120 pounds. On the other hand, if you have 120 pounds on a two foot weight stroke machine, then you are really lifting about 240 pounds depending on the machine. That also means that if you increase the weight by two pounds on a one foot machine, you really are increasing it by two pounds, whereas on a two foot machine you are raising it by five pounds which equates to a 10 pound increase.

Unlike other spine strengthening exercises that involve muscles in the arms, abdomen or legs, MedX targets only the muscles responsible for maintaining the alignment and anti-gravity properties of the spine. Poor spinal strength, alignment and compression due to spinal weakness lead to pain. Patients hoping to avoid surgery or those who have undergone surgeries for back and neck pain but are still suffering have been receiving positive results after only a few sessions with MedX.
Patients are able to test and train on this equipment with the joints isolated and surrounding musculature in biomechanically correct positions and at speeds that replicate function. This technologically advanced system also permits the earliest possible post-operative intervention to decrease joint effusion (increase fluid), increase range of motion, and develop strength.
As a surgeon, I need streamlined communication to speed up my day. MEDX allows me to get information that I need about my patients right in the palm of my hand. I don't need to worry about HIPAA violations at all. It's as easy to use as Facebook or Whatsapp, only fully encrypted, secure and faster. It makes me feel safe when I need to send information about patients peer-to-peer. Highly recommend MEDX as a HIPAA-Compliant solution.
Jones also promotes white nationalism. His website has a page called “Flags of Conflict,” where he calls the Confederate flag a “symbol of White pride and White resistance.” Next to a photo of the Mexican flag, the site says  “This is the flag of Mexico. This is a nation whose leaders believe they can reconquer the American Southwest, by flooding our country with millions of illegal aliens. And, their plan is working.” Text next to an LGBT rainbow flag says, “This is a flag that represents an attack on traditional Christian morality and religious freedom.”
Jones, who campaigned for the same seat in the 2016 primary, was removed from the ballot that year after the Illinois Republican Party found paperwork errors and filed a successful objection to his candidacy with the state Board of Elections. The GOP tried to do the same this election cycle, but Jones had cleaned up his paperwork. He also appears to have kept a low profile, collecting signatures to meet eligibility requirements by going door-to-door and then waiting until the Dec. 4, 2017, deadline to file. If only others had noticed.
MedX allows you to increase or decrease the weight being used by 2 pounds, whereas traditional equipment only allows five to ten pound increments. Why this is important is based on two fundamental premises: 1) it is critical to fatigue the muscles within one to three minutes or four to eight repetitions, and 2) as a person gets stronger, the weights need to be increased to work the muscles more deeply each time. This is where the problem of large weight increments comes in. If you increase the weight too much, by five pounds or more, the muscle may fatigue sooner than the required one minute or four repetitions. Conversely, if you don’t add enough weight, because the increment is too large forcing you to keep it the same weight as the time before, you may perform too many repetitions and be on the machine longer than the three minute optimum time frame. That is why the small weight increment of two pounds that MedX offers is the most beneficial for effectively working your muscles.
Because we offer individualized exercise programs, a comfortable & caring atmosphere, one on one patient focused sessions, free 15-minute consultations, 45-minute treatment sessions, private treatment rooms, a full fitness facility and a one-month free membership to MedX Fitness Facility upon discharge from physical therapy to help patient transition to an independent exercise program.
For many the biggest benefit of strength training is to lessen the likelihood of injury and the pain that comes with it. The trouble is exercise for some can cause injury, or exacerbate an already aggravating condition. That can be caused by too much exercise, repetitive use injuries. These can take years to become evident. One of trainers, Kyle Kloor, has had two rotator cuff operations as a result of years of doing too many shoulder exercises. He cannot even do a conventional overhead press, but he is able to work out with over 300 pounds using the MedX overhead press because of its unique design. His shoulders are stronger than ever.

In what Eldon likes to call his “other life,” he has been a professional musician and singer-songwriter for many years, though he has scaled this back significantly since opening the first Midwest RehabAuthority clinic in 2011. He was a national finalist in the 2007/2008 Colgate Country Showdown, and placed 2nd out of 50,000 contestants across the nation, performing at the world-famous Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. He also works as the Contemporary Music Coordinator at his church. Eldon enjoys exercising and watching/playing sports of all kinds, with a special love for football. He is married to his beautiful soul mate, Amy, with whom he has two children, Isaac and Clara Jean, as well as one step-son, Jacob.
Healthcare delivery is in the midst of total reform, medical knowledge is exploding, and therapeutic options for many diseases have multiplied. At Medical Education Exchange (MEDX®), we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical education designed within the context of the new healthcare mandate of improving access and increasing quality at lower cost to all.
Ryan was raised in the small town of Burley, ID. Having grown up in a family construction company, his father instilled in him the importance of a hard work ethic. This work ethic was applied not only to school but also sports. He had the privilege of being part of a state basketball champion team but unfortunately, he became sidelined due to a knee injury. From that injury he was introduced to physical therapy and got his first experience as to how beneficial conservative treatment can be. Since then he has furthered his passion for physical health and fitness by staying active in recreational weight lifting and competed in several bodybuilding competitions throughout the northwest. Since then he attended the College of Southern Idaho and Idaho State University where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Physical Education and completed his Doctorate of Physical (DPT) at the University of Jamestown in North Dakota in 2018. While attending the University of Jamestown he had the great opportunity to be a student physical therapist at two Rehab Authority clinics before he graduated. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is excited to further is knowledge from the neck and back experts here at Rehab Authority. When Ryan isn’t in the clinic cracking jokes and treating patients you can find him spending time at the local gym or exploring the amazing outdoors that Idaho has to offer.
During that time, whores, gunfighters, thieves and general riff-raff of every sort migrated to Seminole. The jail could not hope to hold them, so they were chained like animals to pieces of pipe driven into the ground. Everyone with common sense carried a gun and they were often used. My father owned a double-barrel, ten-gauge shotgun pistol the Chief of Police had taken from a hoodlum to give to him. In my early teens, the same Chief of Police called me to his office to issue me a permit to carry a concealed weapon. He said, 'I know you have a pistol. I know you need it. and in the likely event you have to use it, it will be better if it's legal.'
Following high school, Tyler attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND where he studied and competed on the track & field team as a long jumper and triple jumper. Tyler received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2011 and went on to graduate as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2014 from the University of Mary. He learned of RehabAuthority during his 4th and final clinical rotation in PT school. While on this clinical he enjoyed the fun, energetic, and teamwork-centered atmosphere that he was surrounded by at RehabAuthority. It wasn’t long before he knew RehabAuthority would be a great fit for him. One week after graduation, he was hired and now works in the Eagle Road Clinic in Boise, ID.
Manual wheelchairs come in many different varieties depending upon the user’s needs. There are standard folding chairs, sport wheelchairs, lightweight chairs, heavy duty chairs, reclining chairs, and transport chairs. A standard folding wheelchair is a good choice if you tire easily and can’t walk as far as you used to or are unable to walk but would like the option of arm propelling. These chairs have options such as desk vs. full arm styles, footrests vs. elevating leg rests, and seat height adjustment on some models.

As with everything that we bring to our clients, the MedX line of equipment is backed by a whole battery of independent scientific research that speak to its efficacy in increasing strength and improving function and quality of life. Arthur Jones’ work was validated by independent research teams at the School of Medicine of the University of Florida and San Diego, and he spent fourteen years in development of his equipment. He was trying to do something very specific–he wanted to develop a way to specifically strengthen the lower back, as he was seeing lots of people in strength training dealing with lower back pain. In order to target and strengthen these muscles specifically, he developed a patented pelvic restraint system. It was found that many machines that purported to work the lower back were actually targeting and strengthening the hamstrings and gluteus muscles instead. The University of Florida conducted a controlled study that found that people who worked out on two different “Low Back Machines” for 12 weeks actually gained no strength at all in their lumbar extensor muscles, but instead got stronger in their hamstring and gluteus muscles.

Alicia and her husband, Les, have 5 children, Jonathon, Isabella, Tyson, Josie, and Camdyn. The Family enjoys country living; meanwhile, Alicia continues to participate in league sports and running events. She also loves spending time with friends and family, and takes in as much of the great Minnesota outdoors as she can in above freezing temperatures!
MEDX is different because it is designed by physicians, nurses and ancillary healthcare personnel. The purpose of MEDX is to securely exchange both user generated and non user generated protected health information (PHI) between all staff involved with handling PHI. This will not only improve clinical decision-making, but also enhance care workflows, ultimately resulting in cost savings and better patient outcomes. MEDX is a unique communication system because it can unite healthcare systems from within and also bridge outside systems together.
Jones traveled and 'adventured' widely, occasionally with friend and fellow adventurer Roy Pinney (Jones's cameraman for a syndicated TV series called Wild Cargo), setting up camp for two years or so at a time in different places such as Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and Mexico City. His motto was "younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles."[This quote needs a citation] Jones's Lake Helen, Florida, Nautilus building was the home of Gomek, an 18-foot salt water crocodile that Jones was trying to grow to world record size. He was also an aficionado of poisonous spiders and reptiles, a large collection of which was also housed in the Nautilus building. He ran a business that involved the importation of a variety of wild animals, ranging from tropical fish to snakes, parrots and monkeys. His daughter had a full-grown black panther that had free run of the house and even slept with her.[citation needed] He once retrofitted several of his jumbo jets in order to transport 63 baby elephants, that had been orphaned in Africa, to his Jumbo Lair compound in Florida. Jones filmed the entire operation for television and entitled it Operation Elephant.
MedX Corporation is a privately owned company based in Ocala, Florida. MedX is the manufacture of spinal rehabilitation equipment and premium exercise equipment. MedX equipment was invented by Arthur Jones, who was also the inventor of Nautilus exercise equipment. MedX Equipment includes the MedX Medical Lumbar Machine, Medical Cervical Machine and 25 exercise pieces. MedX Medical Lumbar machine is researched as an effective treatment for back pain.[citation needed]

Hanson called the police as a precaution, though it turned out to be fairly uneventful: “He came into my backyard. I wasn’t allowing it. He called me a coward because I wouldn’t debate the Holocaust.” Hanson told Jones to leave, and added, referring to the American flag hat Jones was wearing that day, “I told him he didn’t deserve to wear a hat with the flag on it.” Upon departing, Jones left some literature with Hanson, which Hanson gently described as “kooky stuff” about how women shouldn’t play in the NFL.
